ReturnsMust be returned in original carton with original packing intact. A future order credit will be issued for the price of heat press only. Must be free from damage or abusive wear. Shipping charges, outbound and inbound, will not be refunded.
Any other merchandise purchased with the machine will not be accepted for return unless there is proof of damage upon delivery (contact UPS) or the merchandise is defective or there is a mistake on our part.
